Please note we offer a 7 days returns policy on damaged goods, if the goods you receive are damaged then please contact us immediately and return the goods in the condition they were received within 7 days of receiving your goods. Once we have received the goods we will inspect them and issue a refund or replacement.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase then you may return the goods within 3 working days of receiving your items for a credit note or replacement item. We will not accept any returns after the 3 day period regardless of the situation. Please note no monetary refund will be offered, this does not affect your statutory rights.
We will only accept items if they are returned with their same ratio pack as purchased. If any items are missing from the pack then we will not accept the return.
If you do return any items to us then you are responsible for any delivery charges occurred and we strongly recommend that you use reputable couriers and obtain a proof of postage, as we can’t be held responsible for any missing items.
We will at our discretion charge a 25% restocking fee for items returned without care or clearly damaged after receipt.
Please note we have strict quality control procedures in place and all stock is inspected and accounted for prior to dispatch.
In the off chance of any shortages you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your products.
